1860文创公园位于东升街道塔桥路，它由毛纺厂改造而来。时过境迁，斑驳的旧厂房，变为年轻活力的文创园；原有的机器设备，化身装饰公园的风景。园内随处可见历史的痕迹，咖啡厅、搏击馆、篮球俱乐部等，当前最流行的时尚元素也已漫布满园。公园面积达137亩，分为餐饮区、丛林火锅区、健身区、研学区、大型中餐区、文创区、艺术培训区七个版块，打造独具巴蜀文风的文创胜地。

The 1860 Cultural and Creative Park, seated on Taqiao Road, Dongsheng Sub-district, Shuangliu, was renovated from a woolen m ill. The once mottled old m ill is turned into a young, vibrant cultural and creative park. The former machinery and equipment is now a sight to see in this park. The traces of the past can be seen everywhere. Meanwhile, the most popular fashion elements of the present, including café, boxing house, and basketball club, are all over the park. W ith an area of 137 mu, this park consists of seven areas respectively for catering, jungle hotpot, f itness, study tours, large Chinese meals, cultural and creative activities, and art training, offering a popular cultural and creative spot w ith distinctive elements of Bashu culture.
