而兔儿脑壳最有名的,当然是双流老妈兔头。据说最初一位做麻辣烫生意的妈妈将兔头煮给儿子吃,吸引了来往的客人,结果麻辣鲜香的兔头一传十,十传百。母子遂将小店扩大,专卖兔头,店名就以“老妈”命名。20多年过去了,这份妈妈的味道越传越广,如今已是成都地方名小吃的代表,吸引着无数“好吃嘴儿”。2020年,双流老妈兔头卤制技艺被确定为选成都市非遗项目。
