这是双流烈士陵园所在地。依山而筑的开放式陵园中长眠着70位革命先烈。
双流的红色基因萌芽甚早，在大革命时期，双流党支部在工人阶级中开展工作，为工人争取合法权益，同资本家作斗争。在土地革命时期，他们带领工人反抗压迫，开展抗捐抗税斗争。
1911年，四川保路运动爆发。成都惨案之后，双流县同志军与新津县同志军合为一处，浩浩荡荡向成都进军，以迅雷之势扫除了红牌楼、武侯祠等地的小股清军。李劼人在他的大河三部曲《大波》一书中对双流县同志军在红牌楼、牛市口等地战斗有过生动描写。同志军同清军誓死抵抗，前赴后继，为革命洒下了无数鲜血。

共产党双流地区党组织在抗战前期已经建立起6个党支部，动员广大群众成立后援会，发起募捐支援前方。抗战期间，共产党人周列三、张万禄等人在成都、双流的进步人士以及上层知识分子中发展上百人，响应中国共产党的号召。1939年，特区委以煎茶为抗日救亡活动中心，并派党员打入国民党乡保政权，控制枪支，建立了一支“隐蔽武装”。中共党员向迪琨在双流县城创建联络点，发行《华西日报》《民众时报》《青年园地》等进步刊物，推动革命斗争。抗战期间，地下党和民协战士在双流傅家坝一带为老百姓义诊，兴办民工夜校，宣传抗战。每逢赶场天，他们扛着旗子，背着药箱而来，激情澎湃地演讲。
双流解放前夕，双流中共地下党为迎接解放做了大量的工作。川西南武工委党组织在双流县擦耳岩筹建了一个成都通往川西南各县的中途联络站。1949年10月，这个联络站遭到国民党军警破坏，徐茂森、徐海东等18人被捕，不久英勇就义于成都十二桥。他们的名字如今都已刻在十二桥烈士陵园中，永垂不朽。
双流烈士陵园70位革命英烈中，有参加工农红军长征、从事党的地下工作革命先辈；为解放双流、平息土匪叛乱而英勇献身的解放军指战员、游击队员和征粮工作队员；有地方干部、民主党派人士，还有抗美援朝以及和平建设时期牺牲的双流籍革命烈士。陵园陈列馆还有一份革命烈士英名录，他们是不同时期的双流籍人在本地和外地牺牲的革命烈士，共计291人，双流人民永远不会忘记他们。
In the early days of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, the CPC organization in Shuangliu had set up six Party branches. Party members mobilized the masses to establish support groups and initiated donations to support the frontline. During the war years, Party members recruited progressives and upper-class intellectuals in Shuangliu and w ider Chengdu and published a range of progressive journals, including the Huaxi Daily, Populace Times and Youth World, to promote and drive the revolutionary struggle. Right before Shuangliu was liberated, the underground CPC members did a lot of work in preparation for the liberation. The 70 revolutionary martyrs buried in this cemetery include revolutionaries who joined the Long March of the Red A rmy and engaged in the Party’s underground activities, the People’s Liberation A rmy（PLA） off icers and men, guerrillas and grain requisition team members who sacrif iced for the liberation of Shuangliu and the end of bandit rebellion, local off icers and members of other political parties, and native revolutionaries in Shuangliu whofought in the war to resist U.S. aggression and aid Korea or sacrif iced in peaceful times.
