Chapter Seven Dispute Settlement
第三十二条 因履行本合同发生争议的，当事人应协商解决。若协商不成的，任何一方可以依法向劳动争议仲裁委员会申请仲裁。
Article Thirty Two Any dispute arising during the performance of this Contract shall be settled through friendly consultations.In the event that any dispute can not be settled through friendly consultations，any Party
may，in accordance with law，apply to Labor Dispute Arbitration Commission for arbitration.(www.xing528.com)
第三十三条 对本合同未明确的其他事项，双方应当以有关法律、法规的规定为准，法律、法规未予明确的，应由双方协商确定。本合同条款如与国家或地方今后下达的规定相抵触时，以国家或地方新规定为准。
Article Thirty Three For any matters left uncertain in this Contract，both Parties shall refer to related laws and regulations.Where laws and regulations are unclear，both Parties shall rely upon negotiation to resolve the matter.In the case that the articles of this Contract are in conflict with future State and local laws，the new State or local laws will prevail.
