Chapter Five Labor Management and Welfare

第十九条 公司和员工都应依法参加社会保险。公司应根据上海市有关规定,按时足额为员工缴纳社会保险。

Article Nineteen The Company and employees shall participate in social insurance in accordance with the law.The Company shall pay social insurance in full and on time for employees based upon Shanghai related rules and regulations.

第二十条 工会应配合公司行政开展各类岗位培训,不断提高员工综合素质,直接有效地为公司的经营和发展服务,为丰富员工业余文化生活和建立公司文化创造条件。

Article Twenty The labor union shall cooperate with the Company to carry out various training to constantly improve the overall abilities of employees,to have a direct positive impact on Company operation and development,and to create conditions to enrich the lives of employees beyond work and establish a Company culture.

第二十一条 公司每年组织一次管理层员工(课长及以上级别)的身体检查。公司每二年组织一次女职工(包括退休女职工)的妇科专项检查。

Article Twenty One The Company shall organize a body check for the management level employee(sales manager or above level)once a year a gynecology check for female employee(including retired female employee)every two years.

第二十二条 公司在实行《上海市城镇企业员工医疗保险暂行办法》的同时,工会为员工和退休员工办理市总工会《职工住院保险和大病医疗保险》,并由工会承担相关费用。

Article Twenty Two At the time that the company carries out the“Shanghai Interim Procedures of Medical Insurance for Urban Enterprise Employees”,the labor union carries out〈Shanghai General Trade Union Hospitalization insurance and seriously ill medical insurance〉for the employee and the retired employee,by which the relevant fees shall be borne by the labor union.

第二十三条 公司要充分关心员工的生活设施建设,使员工能安心工作。生活设施主要包括员工食堂、更衣室、洗手间、淋浴设备,并将自本合同生效之日起着手设置员工专用自行车停放区域。

第二十四条 公司每月应为当月过生日的所有员工举办一次生日庆祝会。公司将给予当月生日的员工价值人民币50元的礼品,同时工会同意就每次生日庆祝会承担人民币500元的费用。

Article Twenty Four The Company shall each month hold a birthday party for all the employee whose birthday are at the same month.The Company will give the gift in an amount of RMB 50 to each employee whose birthday is on that month.At the same time,the labor union agrees to bear the expense in an amount of RMB 500 for each birthday party.

第二十五条 公司可依法制定、颁布、实施适合于本公司的《员工手册》和其他规章制度,并确保全体员工知晓相关规定,不断提高公司的科学管理和民主管理水平;工会应主动配合公司做好协调工作。

Article Twenty Five The Company may promulgate and implement an“Employee Handbook”and any other rules and regulations feasible to itself according to the law,and guarantee that all employees are aware of relevant regulations,in order to constantly improve the Company’s scientific and democratic management standards.The labor union shall on its own initiative cooperate with the Company to coordinate such work.

第二十六条 公司和工会有义务教育员工为公司的发展同舟共济,共谋发展,决不允许以各种不正当的手段诋毁公司的声誉或损害公司的利益,对于经教育不改并给公司带来损害的应按《员工手册》的规定给以必要的处分。

Article Twenty Six The Company and labor union have the obligations to educate employees to unite as one team in times of trouble to seek joint development.It never allows a variety of improper means to slander or damage the reputation and interests of the company.Employees who still bring the damage to the company after the education shall be given the necessary disciplinary action in accordance with the“Employee Handbook”.

第二十七条 全体员工有责任爱护自己的企业,廉洁自律,坚决杜绝各种违纪违法行为,在全公司范围内开展积极有效的防损降耗活动,以提升经营效益。对为公司带来良好建议者要给予鼓励或奖励。

Article Twenty Seven All employees have the responsibilities to take care of the company and be self-discipline.All kinds of disciplinary violations are forbidden and the activities are carried to reduce the loss and improve sales and revenues within the entire company.Encouragement or awards will be given to the employee who has rendered meritorious innovation which benefits the Company.

第二十八条 工会要配合公司组织员工开展以提升服务质量,完成经营目标为目的的劳动竞赛,以在公司范围内造就人人争当先进的良好氛围。公司还将每季度举办一次优秀员工评选,并对杰出员工给予奖励,工会亦在此基础上给予适当补助。

Article Twenty Eight The union shall cooperate with the company to carry out the labor skill competition for the purpose to improve the quality of service and complete the business objectives,by creating a good atmosphere that each employee intend to be the prominent employee.The Company will also hold the prominent employee election each quarter and grant the award to these outstanding employees,among which the union will provide relevant allowance.
