【摘要】:Chapter Two Labor and Employment第五条公司实行劳动合同制,遵循平等自愿、协商一致的原则,由公司与员工订立书面劳动合同,确立劳动关系。Article Six A probation period can be imposed on newly recruited employees;the probation period shall be carried out according to Labor Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China.第七条工会依法帮助、指导员工签订劳动合同,教育员工必须自觉履行劳动合同规定的义务、遵守公司的各项规章制度,并对本公司执行劳动合同的情况进行监督。

Chapter Two Labor and Employment

第五条 公司实行劳动合同制,遵循平等自愿、协商一致的原则,由公司与员工订立书面劳动合同,确立劳动关系。

Article Five The Company has established a labor contract system,and the Company shall,by observing the principles of equality,free will,and negotiation,establish the labor relationship through a signed labor contract between the company and the employee.

第六条 公司对新招聘员工可以实行试用期,试用期按《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》的规定执行。

第七条 工会依法帮助、指导员工签订劳动合同,教育员工必须自觉履行劳动合同规定的义务、遵守公司的各项规章制度,并对本公司执行劳动合同的情况进行监督。

Article Seven The labor union shall,in accordance with law,assist and provide guidance to employees in signing labor contracts,educate employees to consciously perform their obligations stipulated in the labor contract and to observe all Company rules and regulations,and supervise Company execution of the labor contract.

第八条 劳动合同的签订、履行、变更、解除和终止,均应按《中华人民共和国劳动法》及《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》的有关规定执行。

Article Eight The formation,fulfillment,amendment,dissolution and termination of labor contracts shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of Labor Law of the People's Republic of China and Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China.
